★Select, interview and hire potential candidates for Assistant Language Teacher and Oral Communication Instructors in the Kansai, Chubu and Kyushu regions of Japan.
★Calculate salaries, prepare contracts and arrange visas for candidates
★ Introduce teachers to placement schools and Board of Educations.
★Work bilingually in a Japanese working environment translating and interpreting materials.
★Prepare and conduct teacher presentations and training sessions for foreign and Japanese teachers
★Revise and develop company preschool, elementary, junior high and senior high school English learning curriculum and materials.
★ Provide daily living support (opening a bank account, enrolling in health insurance schemes and relocation) to more than 80 foreign teachers within 6 prefectures of Japan.
